Meet Gauri

Gauri research contributes to areas of transformative service research, service management and technology, value co-creation processes in service ecosystems and consumer and community well-being. With specialised expertise in services, social marketing and system thinking areas, Gauri has successfully led multiple high-impact research projects exploring the impact of technology (e.g., artificial intelligence, Big Data); co-designing service processes for consumer and collective well-being (e.g., service system well-being scale to measure collective well-being); and alleviating vulnerability among differently-abled service users (e.g., identifying interventions to reduce service exclusion). Gauri actively collaborates with local and international industry and community partners to ensure her research outcomes reach end-users effectively. Gauri also leads the Tasmanian Hub for Australian Association of Social Marketing (AASM) as serves as a committee member on the AASM board.
