David Mazengarb

David Mazengarb is a risk and governance professional, strategic thinker and recognised business builder with strong technical competencies in the accounting, financial services and wealth management industry. With proven successes in setting and implementing strategies for growth in the Australian financial services sector, David has worked in the profession globally for over 25 years, including at Price Waterhouse and KPMG as a Director in Corporate Services and Management Consulting.

David is a Fellow and graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Institute of Chartered Accountants and Governance Institute of Australia and is a Registered Company Auditor. Before joining Possability as Director of Corporate Services and Company Secretary, David was a member of the Possability Board for close to 20 years, having also served as Chair of the Finance, Risk Audit and Compliance Committee.
David brings enterprise-level corporate skills to support Possability’s growth. He is passionate about delivering value in the “for-purpose” sector by achieving improved outcomes for clients and employees after a lengthy corporate career in the private sector.
